About Me
Hi, I'm Keeley, a qualified teacher and mental health and wellbeing practitioner. I am married with three children. I read, a lot, visit stately homes, castles and palaces when I can and love the Italian language, even learning it for a year. I am passionate about helping people to become their best selves and believe that everyone can change if they are motivated to and shown how.

My Background
Education
I'm a qualified teacher and mental health and wellbeing practitioner. I also have a degree in Applied Social Science.

Life Experience
I was raised in a single parent household and am the youngest sibling by 20 years! I moved around the country a lot, but am now settled back in London as a wife and mother to three children. Two of the children have a diagnosis of autism. I have lots of experience running a household and managing the family finances. I also have experience of dealing with grief from the loss of loved ones, self-harm and serious illness.

Specialization
'Iremia' means serenity in Greek. The well-known serenity prayer speaks of having the serenity to accept the things in life that we cannot change, courage to change the things we can and wisdom to know the difference. So much of our wellbeing lies in accepting what we cannot change and finding the courage to change the things that we can. The menu of courses have been chosen to address the areas where people struggle the most and which through careful management can lead to having the greatest positive impact in their lives.
